It was pleasent experience, me and my friends celebrated new year there. The staff was very helpful and food was yum!

McDonald's is actually one of my favorite fast food places
Food is still good agreed upon by most as seen in their faces
The only thing I can't figure out
Is having to purchase the sauces what's that all about
Back in the day
It wasn't at all that way
I think it's only fair
To get free sauces since the food was purchased there.

I would just like to say been to McDonald's gosforth Newcastle 19/7/22 at 6.30 and felt so sorry for the manager and staff they were run off their feet dealing with drive thru & deliveries & sit ins & app orders that is a lot when you are ten staff down they were doing their best my experience was five stars

What is the point in emailing me continuing offers if they don’t then upload to the app. You then can’t use the offers. You clearly know you have problems with the app but don’t do anything about it.

Selena a manager from the Lovingston Virginia location is of high value. The place was busy and the drive thru was loaded. I came inside as my vehicle does not fit through the drive thru. Inside, I placed my order and went to fix my drink. The second I snapped on my lid she called out my order number. There was only one cook at that time and the way she gave direction to staff in a calm and well processed manner was a blessing to see. Her patients was abundant. She is a true leader. I'm sure you here this alot but she deserves a raise. Please thank her with some kind of acknowledgement of meritocracy. Thank you Selena!

I had a very good experience. Food was served well and it was delicious. I love fries and mcflurry.

Good customer service. Mc Donald's workers are the best when it comes to customer sevice experiences, compared to other fast food retailers.
They offer great prices, that enables everyone to purchase their items.

When today and the lady on the window on the phone. Bad service. Don't even ask for my reward, and them when i ask the gentelman lol said that not a think. Doing false advertising 3355 w 80 st hialeah fl.

They have terrible customer service. We tried to call there name but they kept ignoring us. They were not that busy and it took 15 minutes just for my frozen Fanta. I do not recommend coming here.

Never going back again

Not the best experience. Food was dry (probably lay there for a couple of hours).

This is the place where you can meet the most people. I like the breakfasts here. Today we had McMuffin with egg and bacon and Americano coffee. It was delicious. Minus that they didn't give sugar and a coffee stick, had to go back.

What have you done to your restaurants? I feel like I am in the way with priority given to delivery drivers. The wait time is crazy.
Even when I order on-line, the food is cold when it gets here.

It's a great place, even though it's unhealthy but very tasty, the biggest drawback is that there are often no seats and it takes a long walk to find a free seat, often in the KFC area. Sometimes the cutlets are dry and the coffee is either overcooked or the cheapest.
